Privacy Policy

FHM Church collects the name, email address, optional phone number, team memberships, event responses, volunteer activity, and messages you provide to authenticate members and operate church, team, and safety features.

Community content and moderation

Team-chat text, poll wording, and profile names are checked by FHM’s server-side safety rules before publication. Rejected text is not published; ordinary moderation logs retain a one-way content hash and outcome category rather than the rejected content.

Reports preserve the reported content, reporter, reason, timestamps, and moderation actions in a protected queue. Reporter identity is not shown to the reported user.

Team chat messages normally expire after 48 hours. Safety evidence and audit records may be retained longer when reasonably needed to investigate abuse, enforce the rules, meet legal obligations, or protect users.

Sharing and security

FHM does not sell personal information or use it for cross-app tracking. Access to reports and moderation evidence is limited to authorized administrators. Developer alerts contain a report identifier and deadline, not message content or reporter identity.

Your choices

You can manage blocked users in Profile, update account details, and permanently delete your account from Profile > Account & Security. Contact Media@fathersheartministry.ca for privacy or safety requests.
