Terms of Use / End User Agreement

By selecting “Agree and Continue,” you agree to these Terms of Use and the Community Guidelines. If you decline, you may not register, sign in, post content, or use FHM’s user-generated-content features.

Zero-tolerance safety policy

FHM has zero tolerance for objectionable content and for abusive, threatening, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, violent, discriminatory, defamatory, illegal, or otherwise harmful behavior. You must not post content that violates another person’s rights, and you may provide only content you own or have permission to share.

Reports, blocks, and enforcement

You can report objectionable content and abusive users from the safety menu on shared content. You can block abusive users; their content will immediately be hidden from your view. A block made from content also sends a safety report to FHM’s protected moderation queue.

FHM may filter or hold content before publication, remove violating content, warn users, temporarily suspend users, or permanently remove accounts. FHM commits to reviewing and acting on valid objectionable-content reports within 24 hours.

User content

You remain responsible for the content you submit and for having permission to share it. You grant FHM the limited permission needed to host, display, moderate, preserve as safety evidence, and remove that content to operate and protect the service.
